We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within India usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer a return or exchange policy?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most items. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note that certain handcrafted items may be final sale.
How do I care for my handcrafted Jaipur textiles?
To preserve the vibrant colors and delicate fabrics, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent or dry cleaning. Avoid direct sunlight when drying to prevent fading.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. For domestic orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, since many of our items are hand-dyed and handcrafted, slight variations in color and pattern may occur, adding to their unique charm.
